The player under the gun moves all in for $2700....
Everyone folds to you on the big blind ( $800 ), and you have a pocket pair of 5's with $4200 chips left....
Do you make the call? |

Probably, it would be pretty risky but at that stage, the guys either got a very nice hand indeed, or is bluffing on very little - I'd hope for the latter.
With big blinds like that, you can't afford to buy into the hand and then fold too often.
Besides, you wouldn't be out the game immediately, though it would make life very difficult with so few chips... |

Hehe, yes I would prefer to know whether it was likely he had a pair aces or if he was prone to going out on a limb with very little in hand.
Though as mentioned before, you would still have chips, not in a great position, but not out the game totally. A good oppotunity to make $3000 anyway. |
