I tend to play with around 20x the larger blind, so I would sit (typically) with $80, $120, $200 and $400 respectively.

Not overly ambitious but I don't like to sit with too much to avoid the urge to go further than my budget allows.

When I play I usually like to match my aponets. I'll usually site with what ever they have down on the table, maybe just a tad bit higher if I have the dough.

Good tactic for getting into hands, a chip advantage can put opponents off playing you, though I generally aim for the 20-30x rule unless I've reason to do otherwise.

Hehe, too true - if only we could all actually manage to do that Wink

I think it's impossible to avoid any kind of tilt and stay at a table after a bad loss, though it's about controlling your disappointment/frustration/anger and playing tight poker for a few rounds to cool down a little.

I guess thats where you dont want a mountain of chips to throw away Wink
